I was very satisfied because the associate helping me was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcomed, her name was Belinda , from the North Star location, the world needs more Belinda’s like herself !!!

Absolutely loved my Harry Potter collection set. Made my day! And the associate was so awesome she acknowledged that it was my birthday and made it super easy for my mom to shop! We are new to Pandora but she made me want to return for more! Very knowledgeable and friendly she took the time to show me all the cool features my bracelet had plus’s showed me how to open and close correctly and even how to add charms safely
