My experience inside the pandora store located in Northstar mall was very good, the sales associate was more then helpful she offered us cookies and water while we waited. She was very informative on the different types of rings and styles.

I recently called to hold a ring that I wanted to gift my bestfriend for her birthday. The staff was so friendly over the phone and when I arrived to the store everything went smooth. The staff was polite professiinal asked if I wanted to see anything else and gave me further knowledge about my purchase. I had no idea I have 1year warranty, or that I could come get it cleaned. I have the same ring I purchased in my birthstone so it was nice to know that I was covered. Over great experience.
