My husband and I came in for a charm bracelet and where greeted as soon as we can in. The associate that helped us was both personable and helpful. She informed us of an upcoming sale and helped us get my wrist sized and top show us multiple charms. Though some of the places in the store where a tight squeeze with my stroller the associate was willing to bring several things over to were there was a little more room.

The customer service was great! They helped me find the perfect gift I was looking for and for a reasonable price! I am definitely a returning customer.
