The clerk was friendly and was eager to assist me. She gave me options for what I was looking for. There was a lot of choices in the store.

I liked the free bracelet they offered.I loved the styles of the ring and braclets.

I'm all about customer service and the service that I received was exceptional. The sales clerk was very helpful and patient since I didn't know what I wanted. She showed me different brackets until I found what I was looking for.

The products are really pretty and with high quality

Service was great. Location had all the sizes I needed. Associate was very helpful when it came to trying rings on and where I should wear them.

Although there was a small wait, the associate was quick with each of us but I never felt rushed. The associate helped me select a product that was right for me and made me feel good about my choice.

The item that I came in to look at was not available in the size I wanted, but the associate did later on recommend the next size up for different finger and it was very happy that she did and I purchase said ring, happily.

The staff at the north star location were extremely helpful and very professional. I truly enjoy shopping at this location. Keep up the good work!!! GH
