I am left handed and it so happens that the sales lady is also left handed so she is very helpful when it comes to arranging the charms so that a left handed person can wear the bracelet so the charms face correctly instead of backwards!!

Emma was patient with me. When certain items were found to be out of stock, she gave me the display to purchase. She did a lot of roaming around to find what I was looking for.

I went in to buy a Princess Crown charm for my loved one. But when I got there I remembered that she told me one of her stones fell out of her Rose Gold Heart Bracelet, so I asked what y'all could do about that. And I figured it would have to be sent in and go threw some lengthy repair process. But to my surprise, y'all made it so convenient and were able to exchange it right on the spot with a new undamaged one. That made me very satisfied and I will always use Pandora if I keep getting this kind of amazing service.
