Jessica, sales associate, made all the difference. From me expressing my need she was able to walk me straight to the item. By paying attention to me she was able to suggest an item that would be a more appropriate fit. She was personable and just awesome to work with. I'd also like to add that another associate didn't assume I was being waited on and offered to help. Thanks Pandora.
