The rep was very personable. After explaining I was there because I accomplished a step challenge she was excited for me. She was very helpful in showing us which charms may work that was within the limit my mother gave. At the end of it all, she not only thanks us, but encouraged our step challenge.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. There was plenty of selection although I would have liked to know how much each item cost. There were no display or tags reflecting the cost. I did appreciate the easy flow to move around the store displays as well as how clean it was.

She was very very help in helping me pick out a gift.

I had a horrible experience at the Pandora store at the Deerbrook mall in Humble Tx. I found the manager rude and unhelpful. While traveling to San Antonio I went to the Pandora store and had a much better experience

The salesperson by just looking at my hand was able to find the exact ring in the correct size. Very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff
