Felicia made my experience a pleasant experience. The store was packed with people and she went above and beyond to find the items I wanted and make sure I was happy with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the product and recommended additional items. Her customer service is 100!!

The sales associate was very helpful and I am very happy with my purchase. I feel like I got a very good deal. We a long wait for service and the store was very crowded.

Called store and asked for associate who once helped me before. Luckily associate remembered me over the telephone. I told her what I wanted to see once i visited store later in the day. She helped me make my purchase. Greatly satisfied customer.

Emma has helped me before at this location and has always been patient and kind. We were looking for options for bracelet sizes for our niece and she went in the back to find the smallest size for us. She always knows to state, “You know we have the matching ring to that charm...” I guess I’m going to have to come back ;)

The sale person was very helpful. She gave me her undivided attention and she also told us about the sales that were going on at the time.

In another jewelry store, you don’t get the quality of assistance like i got here.

Everyone has always me very nice and helpful. I had to be put on a list to be helped due to being busy on Black Friday but I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped in a timely manner

I went to this Pandora during the after Thanksgiving sale, the store was packed and the sales staff was very organized and efficient in the way they handled getting people taken care of, answering questions for 1st time purchasers of the charm bracelets (self and husband), and the store items were nicely displayed. It was very nice to see the sales team work together to serve their customers.

The lady that I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable of the charms. The overall experience each time I have gone here has been great. I think it can get a little tight in the store but otherwise it is always a positive experience.
