I like Pandora because of the variety of the jewelry. Their sales associates are friendly and helpful. They cleaned my bracelet & added a clip. I am satisfied with my bracelet and thankful they completed my request well.

There was a problem when approved with the CREDIT Card Processes and the associates tried there best to fix the issue.

Just the wait,but I understand it was a holiday,

When I entered the store, I believe the representative a bit warmer with their greeting. I guess she assumed I was just looking around, which is understandable since people usually only wander in the mall. Though, I think it’s valid enough to point out that the store I had previously visited gave a very hospitable welcome. Overall, this Pandora representative was very helpful when I made it apparent that I was going to make a few purchases. I appreciated her attentiveness throughout the process.

I always try to get a new charm when I travel. No charms available for San Antonio or Texas.

The store was really busy, there were only 2 sale associates and I felt pressured to decide on something fast since there were a lot of people at the store.
