The sales associate was more like a robot than someone trying to help us.

The website said the store opened at 11:00am yet it wasn't opened. The 2 associates were sitting on a bench waiting for someone to open the store. The girls said most likely closer till 11:30am so I walked to another store. When I came back there was already a line. Bit irritated with that since I was actually the first one there.

I couldn't get my charms cleaned after having to purchase another Bracelet because mine broke off from the inside of the clasp plus there was only a Y'all Charm and a colorful State Symbol for Texas.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The line was long so there was a wait but the sales woman came out asking is anyone was there for pick up which was very helpful. I was only there to pickup a charm and the process was very easy and quick.

Merchandise I wanted was sold out. And for some reason the stuff that was on display they did not want to sell. And some of the stuff I was looking for was not in stock yet which should’ve been.

There was not enough sales staff to take care of the business that was in the store at that time. Worse, there was one employee who was oblivious to the line of customers and was stocking/rearranging merchandise. When you are asking customers to purchase expensive merchandise and you expect them to return and recommend the company to others, there should be an attitude of “all hands on deck”.
