I was not able to get a refund on my ring that was broken. I received a store credit which is great and all, but I would have preferred either a debit back or a refund credit to my preferred pandora card.

It’s the holiday season and there were only 2 sales assistant in the very crowded store. Out of the 8 items I wanted they had only 3 items for me to purchase. Asked if they would be getting any stock in soon they did not know.

BECAUSE I WANT TO BUY A REFLEXION SIZE 16 AND YOU DO NOT HAVE IT, HOW COME YOU ADVERTISEMENT AND DO NOT HAVE IT EITHER USA AND MEXICO. I HOPE WOUL BE FIXED TO ME BECAUSE MY SON BUY IT AND IS GONA BRING IT TO MEXICO.

I have been to many Pandora stores, this one wasn't as inviting as others. We asked about a charm on the display and the associate asked the woman doing inventory spread out on the counter. The staff wasn't as helpful in suggesting products or asking if we needed help. Once we started to buy items they become more helpful but at first they didn't seem as interested in helping us. Also they were out of longer chains for the necklaces so I wasn't able to purchase something I wanted.

The wait time for assistance from an associate was close to 20 minutes. If I had not needed this as a gift I would have gone elsewhere.

Overall satisfied experience. The store wasn’t busy at first but got busy while I was being attended to. The employee were helpful to everyone and acknowledged everyone who walked it. Good customer service.

Would have liked the store to have all sizes! My heart was set on a ring but they didn't have my ring size. Also When I asked about coming back and exchanging the ring for the right size, she said I would need warranty, but not once was it offered, even when I asked for it!

I just thought the wait wouldn’t be so long as I had an item on hold and thought I could just walk in grab it and go. My mistake! Sales associates were very help and fast once I got waited on. I will definitely go back and very soon!
