I went to see the spring collection and the tray wasn’t even visible until I asked to see it. I went to get an essence charm and I was told they were discontinuing most of them and they had already packed them but If I could wait they would look for the one I wanted I was pressed for time so I got something different

I was immediately asked for my name upon entry into the store. The selection of merchandise was fairly broad, although I would have liked to have seen more rose gold options for the pendants. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The best in customer service. Pandora has many choices for fancy design. Qualities are the best as well.

The store is very small which makes it hard to maneuver and look around when more than a few people are in there shopping. The selection was low but that’s most likely because it was after Christmas.

One of the items I wanted was no longer in stock and sales associate wasn’t sure when it will be restocked. I wasn’t looking for a charm but a bracelet to start collecting charms.

It was crowded. Not surprised, since it's the week before Christmas. I knew exactly what I wanted but still had to wait.

Waited for some time there was lots of people shopping just maybe they could have had more help with the holiday shopping

The store was very busy due to holiday shopping and it was difficult to move around. It took a while to be helped due to how busy it was. The sales associate was awkward when first asked about help.

Store was a little cramped as toward space but sales associates were great very friendly
