Pandora Jewelry

Some of the items like the pave locket or the petite heart locket were not displayed at all. I had to ask specifically to look at them vs window or glass case shopping. I thought I could use the plain silicone spacers for my new woven bangle, but I found out when I got home that I could only use it for my open bangle. More education is needed on this.

There was a terrible odor in the store and it was extremely warm. The employees don’t really acknowledge or greet anyone when we enter the store. The employees did not appear very friendly. They weren’t rude in anyway but they weren’t very social and didn’t really “sell the jewelry”...

The vendor was not very nice, I wouldn't say rude but compared to other vendors she was not the nicest.

Only one sales person available and she was with a customer that was asking for every charms prices, customer took a long time. No one came out from the back office. Then a girl walked in from the mall area to help me.

I already knew what I wanted so it was really easy to get in and out. They had almost everything on display so if someone didn’t know what they were looking for specifically they could see everything first hand and they didn’t have to look at just the catalog.

There was not enough of a selection of Disney Charms. I would have like to had more dangling charms to choose from. There not enough selection of wide band rings.

The store was extremely crowded There was not enough worker but they did there best.

They made me and my daughter wait outside until they could get to us. All associates were wearing mask and I couldn’t hear or understand them talk. Not a very well set up store

La chica que me atendió no quizo hablar español, y se mostró aburrida. No fue amable.

During my visit I wanted to buy some new charms for my bracelet but the lady that was with me wasn't interested in selling me anything, I don't know if she was tired or what but she just wanted me out of the store ASAP. There was no line outside , so I think that wasn't the reason.
