The sales associate was not very friendly didn’t really interact not unless I would ask questions It was kind of rude she also charge me for the wrong jewelry

The customer service rep did not know the product, Did not tell me the free gift was out of stock until I asked . Not friendly honestly if I was not buying a bday gift I would have left.

I purchased a gift online and went to pick it up in the store. They could not give me a gift receipt.

Mostly everything was out of stock , not really much available.

The girl who helped me during my purchase did not have the best attitude. She was not in a good mood.

Pandora stores and online store are out of stock PANDORA Reflexions™ Bracelet silver size 6.7. Iam very disappointed, because it was going to be birthday gift for me from my husband. I bought the charm without bracelet . I hope my size will be on sale soon, if not I will have to return charm.

Lack of employees to help customers. Store is always busy why the store manager doesn't schedule employees accordingly based on traffic volume in store unknown to me. Once I got help employee was uninterested In being helpful. You could have robots in this store and you would get a friendlier reception and warmer feeling.

I had to wait almost an hour or longer there was 2 extra reps and they only helped when they wanted to one could have been a manager she was tall skinny with glasses the other was checking for online orders if these 2 individuals would of helped when there was no online orders or the manager just walking around or talking to the other female checking if there is any online orders the line could have gone faster. I also tried your online and it kept yaking my stuff away had to try to order about 5 times or more to put in my order very bad services in store or as well online

Es la tercera vez que visito la tienda y cada vez que voy las vendedoras se portan indiferentes como sin ganas de ayudar, mi anterior vez a esta compre un safety charm que le pregunte mas de 5 veces si le quedaba a el bracelet que había comprado y al momento de usarlo no le quedo por eso lo compre estoy completamente de acuerdo que puede ser tedioso el esperar a que traduzca a mi esposo es tedioso pero eso no quiere decir que tengan derecho a portarse de esa manera en ningún momento me trataron mal pero la actitud que toman es lo que molesta, sin ganas de ayudar. Amo los productos de Pandora pero definitivamente ya trate mas de dos ocasiones y siempre es lo mismo me voy insatisfecha con el servicio que recibo por parte de ellas, voy a intentar en otra tienda pero si tienen que hacer algo con el servicio que dan en ese lugar.

I love Pandora, but I went to a different location for a specific item and the sales associate who helped me and my daughter was extremely rude and seemed like it bothered her to answer a question for me. I paid, and after she bagged my items she left it on the counter and said, “here.” She was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I will never return to this Pandora location again.
