The sales clerk that helped me was probably not having a good day, I had yo ask her about the sales because I heard another sales clerk recommended to her client, the bracelet and charms I was looking for they didnt have them so I ended up getting something else, she was just not helpful at all, and then the material of some ringa and charms looked and felt cheap and over priced for it, I honestly dont know whats the hype of it, will definitely be returninng the items because the bracelet is too big 🤷🏼‍♀️

My husband and daughter where next to me while purchasing a item and a sales associate gets in front of him and tell him “move I have a customer” no manners or apology. Very very room. And her manager was right next to her and saw everything and didn’t bother to say anything. Everyone was just so rude and don’t have manners!

This pandora store is filled with extremely rude employees that act as though you are putting them out by helping you. Been to this location several times and my experience is always the same. Only return due to no other locations in my area.

I had a set of earrings that one of them was missing a jewel, I wasn’t aware that I have to keep a recipe from December so I can get it fixed.

I was standing next to a couple waiting to look at the rings. Because they were looking at them. An associate was hands free and a couple walked in and she Greeted them and asked him if she can help them. Such a small store how Can she miss me. I felt like She Judge me like I wasn’t Going to buy anything the couple were dressed high fashion May I assume she thought they would buy stuff they didn’t buy anything and I still brought a bracelet. I just felt discriminated and Sad.

The salesperson didn't fully understand me. I asked for the heart clasp chain and she didn't even charge me for it. Why buy charms if I don't have a chain? I'm upset, it's almost an hour drive to get there, I want my chain, and I don't want to be charged for it. I already pay too much for gas.

Bad service with the seller , no customers skills attitude she didn’t explain to me And at the end of the sale she didn’t even say thank you

I had a return the sell associate said it looked Warren I didn’t wear it it was to big. The sell associate showed my daughter how it’s used. Safety change makes my bracelet bigger so if it was to open it fall right off…. In experience sells associates made a sell

girl was talking to another customer on the phone for 80% of the time i was there did not say welcome when she lifted the belt for us to go in, she might have been on drugs possibly she was weirdly leaning against the glass multiple times

The girl was very rude. Se dont wnat to work there. Bad experience
