I was observing some of the employees at this location being so rude and mean to other customers. They seemed as if they did not want to be working there. Why apply and work at a well known jewelry store if it seems like you hate doing what you’re doing? The associate Maria G had so much attitude, and she seemed as if she did not want to be helping people. She was rushing my mother and I to hurry up and choose a product. I asked to see all the Disney pandora charms and she showed us the board of course, and she mentioned this was all they had in the store, and this was it from the board. After purchasing a bracelet and charm, another employee comes next to us with a Disney pandora charm board with more Disney charms that weren’t on the board Maria was showing us. This was so unprofessional to lie to us just so we can hurry up and leave her alone. I would’ve bought way more charms for my mother for Mother’s Day but Maria G made us want to leave the store as quickly as possible. Us waiting outside the store for about 45 minutes due to social distancing was understandable, but for her to treat us like we were bothering her makes me not want to go to this location in the future.

Lack of good customer service from sales rep. Just felt like she wanted to rush us and would get upset when I would ask to show us more. Just didn't feel like rep wanted to help.

The quality of the jewelry is poorly done. Went in to exchange a broken ring and a missing stone on a bracelet. They didn’t exchange my bracelet. It was very upsetting and saddened that Pandora has beautiful pieces but if I’m going to continue to have broken and loose stone jewelry then I’m done buying Pandora.

The sales associate’s attitude in general was not inviting. I felt like I wasn’t wealthy enough to purchase items from the store.

I still believe your products are a bit overpriced. Good quality, and great products for the occasions around the year, but priced about 25% too high.

I purchased a bracelet over a year and the clasp broke but because it was over a year it could not be replaced. So it was a waste of money now I have a useless bracelet. Had I known I only had a year I would have brought it in sooner because it broke before 6 months of buying it.

Just bought my first Pandora bracelet..it does not stay locked it keeps opening n in 2 different occasions I almost lost it so I will be returning to ur store for an exchange..thanks

We were ignored when we walked in. One young lady helped us but was forced. She did not smile. She was short. She seemed bothered with helping me and my family. She didnt advise us thaf there was a “list” to sign into when wr walked in. We stood around over 10 mins with her just looking at us. We still bought our items we needed. I was not going to spend my money here but knew the item i got wasn’t available where i live. This sales associate needs to be more approachable and work on her customer service skills.

I accidentally touch the associate bracelet when telling her it was beautiful. She wiped her hand and said I don’t like no one touching my bracelet.

The customer service was very poor, the youn lady never smiled nor did offer any suggestions nor ask if we want to place any order asked if she could check any other store to see if they had the necklace I was looking for. She didn’t even say a word!!!!
