The service rep. Saw me walk in & did not even acknowledge me. There was only one other customer plus 2 employees. I had to call her over to me for assistance. She was not friendly at all. I asked her some questions & she brushed me off leaving me to just wander the store which is what I could have done without assistance. She checked me out & I felt rushed. I just hated the entire experience for the amount of money I dropped. I will never go back to Pandora inside Northstar mall. I could have ordered online & saved $30 & saved myself the annoyance of this girl not doing her job.

The female sales associate was very rude to me. I went yesterday to northstar location. She had an bad attitude with me in front of my friend. She made me feel like I was annoying her or going to steal the trays.. but I have problems seeing and wanted to get a closer look. She made me feel worthless.

Super long line waited 45 mins to pitches one charm then felt rushed because the sales assistance followed me around like a puppy

I tried to return an item. They called the owner and she said okay. The sales girl refused to give my money back and said I could only exchange it for other merchandise. That’s ridiculous.

Because not all stores honor the pandora cupons nor do the honor military discounts. They do a lot of bate and switch to include deception. The sales associates are not knowledgeable of your products and they waist your time because they can not answer questions intelligently. Boutiques use the Pandora name however they do not honor anything ie. sales, product exchanges, giftes, or advertisements Pandors offer. There are too many unspoken amd unwritten rules that have fine print for non precious jewelry that are made in China, and Taiwan.

I have gotten better experiences at other Pandora locations. For example, I purchased two charm bracelets and three charms and the sales associate never offered to polish or clean the either bracelets or charms before packaging. Other associates weren’t as welcoming.

I ordered on line and did not receive my items. All I want is a refund I am very disappointed.

First and foremost the Price of jewelry! The sales associate had patience and knowledge of Pandora’s jewelry! That in its self is what’s wanting me too return !!

It was my daughters 10th birthday we were at the mall after having dinner we went inside the store the girl who helped was rude, she kept making remarks if we decided what we wanted she approached us by saying are you browsing or are you buying? I said both he rolled her eyes and I asked what was the different she said so that she would offer her help. My daughter was a bit indecisive since it was her first jewelry purchase the girl seemed impatient and asked what did she really want? I told my daughter that we can go to Kay’s the next day is instead but my daughter really loved the jewelry you have to offer. I was happy with your options but not with the service. If it wasn’t for my daughter wanting the ring and earrings I would have walked away. Pandora can do better.

My entire experience was horrible and it being black friday had nothing to do with it. When I arrived there was hardly anyone in line, so thankfully I didn't have to wait long. When she let the previous person out before it was my turn, and turned to walk away without saying anything to me, I knew then my experience was going to be an unpleasant one, but the "service" I received was absolutely ridiculous. The associate that assisted me was inpatient, unfriendly, and lacked product knowledge. I felt rushed, like I was an inconvenience to her. She made me feel like she had no interest in helping me, despite the fact that I mentioned it was my very first time shopping at the store. I get it, I used to work retail in my 20s. I know exactly how exasperating BF can be, but providing customer service is part of the job. When I asked her questions about the pieces I kept getting a lot of "I don't know" or "I'm not sure," which is fine, no one is expected to know everything, but I'm sure there was someone else there that she could've ask. I'm just so disappointed by the entire experience that I almost want to return everything and stick when the same brand I've been wearing since my teens.
