The saleswoman Alyssa was entirely rude from start to finish. She was not only rude and dismissive but highly unprofessional. If questions in regards to product knowledge bothers Alyssa, she should not be in sales. Her attitude and professionalism get a “highly dissatisfied”.

Sales lady was rude 8 preoccupied with her own personal life

The sales associate placed an order on line for me and entered the wrong address and asked me to cancel it so she can reorder it she submitted the order before asking me to double check to see if everything was correct then she asked me to write all my information down on a paper so she can give it to her manager she still charged my card and said they would call me to let me know that they fixed the error I hope I get my order and I hope I only get charged once. I'm very unhappy with how I was treated.

I was not greeted by sales associate. I could tell she was put out that I didn't know right off the bat what I wanted. she acted like I was taking up her time, and when I told her i wanted to look around she was totally impatient, when I was still looking she asked me if i had decided yet, guess she wanted to move on with the exchange, because she was missing out on another sale. Ended up getting a credit on the balance, cause I was tired of dealing with her attitude. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!

My boyfriend took me in to suprise me by getting a bracelet but the sales person was just not helpful or friendly at all .. almost ruined my experience since she seemed like she was in a bad mood. Did not seem enthused all at or motivated on wanting to make the sale. Was so close to walking out and just going to another pandora store but didnt want to ruin my night.

Doing Christmas shopping and there was only 2 other people in the store. Sales lady was not friendly or helpful when we were asking for items and prices. Sales lady didn't know how to use computer or taking down our name was hard. We were cashing out and she needed help from the manger 15 mins. later we were still waiting for manger. Then a couple came in and manger ran to help them and never came to us. We waited and waited I will not return to this store.
