El problema fue que compre una pulserita de regalo de cumpleaños y se le rompió y no se puede entregar.

La atención fue muy buena. La empleada muy amable. Ya iba con la idea de lo que iba a comprar y ne ofrecieron opciones.

Desde q realize la llamada a la tienda para verificar si tenian unas piezas su trato fue EXCELENTE y luego cuando pase fisicamente a la tienda continuo el servicio de EXCELENCIA con mucha amabilidad al cliente. Realmente recomendado

The salesperson Camila V in San Patricio Guaynabo, Puerto Rico was very friendly, knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions that helped me purchase the correct items. She also let my try them on. I was in a rush and the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this store, this salesperson and the Pandora products.
