NO TENIAN BRAZALETE EXACTO QUE ESTABA BUSCANDO, PARA SUSTITUIR EL QUE LLEVE PORQUE ESTABA DEFECTUOSO EL BROCHE. DEBO ACLARAR QUE LA DEPENDIENTE ME DIO OPCIONES PARA RESOLVER LA SITUACION.

The merchandise available for sale was not too varied. There were fewer options available compared to the online store. Some items did not have a price mark so the sales associate had to spend more time looking through the catalogs.

Wanted to take advantage of the sale going on however it was not in all pieces only selected items and there wasn't that much to choose from in regards of earings and rings.

The employees are very friendly, kind and specially helpful. They are always prompt to assist you when making your selection & combinations.

Tuve que ir en dos ocasiones porque la primera vez que entré ambas vendedoras estaban atendiendo otros clientes (pero no había nadie más en la tienda {ningún cliente adicional}) y no pude identificar la mercancia que yo estaba buscando. Como ninguna ni siquiera me miró, no pude preguntarles por la mercancía y me fui. Luego volví y ya una de ellas estaba disponible y me atendió

No estuve muy satisfecha porque la mayoría de los artículos que buscaba no los tenían y las opciones no eran mucho para mi gusto. También tenían poco personal y la persona q empacaba los artículos podía atender otros clientes no lo hacia y se espero mucho para ser atendido.
