There was no inventory on some earrings and a few rings size 6.

I received an email which stated that I will receive a jewelry box if I purchase more than $150.00 in merchandise. However, when the transaction was completed the store clerk told me that they do not have the jewelry box and instead offer me a traveling bag. This change was not what I expected.

3 employees in and no other customers but I was made to wait outside. Service to pay was very slow. She did not have all the tools needed ring up.

Service is not friendly, the staff made me feel like I couldn't move around the store and only attended 1 person at the same time when there were 4 employees in sight.
