The Sales Associate was very friendly, attentive to my needs and personable. She made the experience easy and was very helpful in providing suggestions based on what type of gift I was looking for. She spent a fair bit of time with me and was patient as I reviewed multiple options, ultimately deciding on the one I purchased.

Michelin was great I wanted a bracelet oh so long wasn't sure when she ensure I left the store with one she was extremely friendly will be asking for her on my next visit

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora Service because I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for when I arrived to the store, my sales associate guided me with her knowledge and experience to help me find what it was I was looking for. I told her what I had in mind and we worked together to figure out what the best piece of jewelry for me was.

My visit to the store was to exchange a ring I received at Christmas I did not have a receipt as it was a gift, unfortunately the ring was one size too big .Yolanda checked for the right size but the ring had been retired so she advised me to possibly have the ring sized which I appreciated,also purchased a gift card,Yolanda was very helpful and polite. Thank you

The sales Associate, Katalina (#161055) was very helpful and patient with me as the first 2 charms I had my heart set on were now discontinued. She offered and showed me alternatives making the experience a very positive one in the end. I left very satisfied with her very friendly and courteous customer service and product knowledge, gift in hand.

Im not familiar with Pandora but the saleslady help me. It was not busy so i got what i wanted in less time. Love how they write your name down for ypur turn.

this was my first visit in a Pandora store and my first ever purchase.. the staff were friendly and knowledgable and when the store was busy an accosiate said we will be right with you, instead of ignoring us. i like that from a company.
