They did not have the bracelet for my size in stock. Very hard to see all the charm which to choose, not display very clearly.

The first sales associate was not very friendly or helpful at all and did not put any effort into helping us resolve our problem. It was not until Kadija was able to jump in and help resolve our issues that we became satisfied. Kudos to Kadija for actually knowing the companies polices and willing to help out someone who spends a lot of money in Pandora.
