Find quality is not same as before

I was highly satisfied through tour the entire of being assisted however this is more of personal thing they didn’t have the ring I wanted in stock which I don’t blame them but no one wants to leave without the one thing they came for!

When I walked in I was the only customer in the store. A lady greeted me and ushered another associate to help me which I felt was not appropriate as if she walked up to me to greet me she could assist me or tell me that another associate could help me rather then just forcing someone to help me. While cashing out the ladies were standing and talking about someone else which I felt they could have done with no one around as it was gossip. Other than that the salesperson who assisted me, Maryum G was very kind.

I like the stuff.

The price for a ring online on the Canadian website did not match the same price in the store, however other merchandise did. The associate could not explain or find someone who could explain why just this one product did not have the same price in the store as online and claimed that maybe I was the one on a "boujee" website when I clearly was not.

The day i went in was boxing day. The line up was huge. There was very less amount of stuff available which was not satisfactory.

I had chosen many charms that I found to be beautiful but only one of the many I chose were actually in store. I would have liked more availability of charms.

i was very satisfied with my experience at pandora. the associate was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. she explained everything i needed to know and didn't show any disappointment with my choice or desire to see more
