I was replacing a reflection bracelet that had fallen of my wrist while wearing it. 😩

I am satisfied with pandora experience

no catalogue, item wanted not in stock, items difficult to see in tray

There were a lot of associates in the store but it still took over half and hour in line to get in and I was the second person in line, I'm not sure how long the people in front of me were waiting for. There associates around that weren't with clients. It was better before when you could at least browse while you waited to be attended.

Not sure as I am buying this as a gift..

I did not like there weren't many booklets to look through when deciding what to get. I also did not like there weren't two of the items that I asked for. No sales associate approached me for about a few minutes until I asked.

When I walked in 4 staff members were talking with each other, never said hi nod there head just never cared that I was there. I went up to the lady who helped me and she even agreed with me. The lady who helped me was very help full.

Overall experience was fine. Unfortunately as not able to find 80% of the charms I had asked for.

Just need more training for new associates and there were 2 young girls st the door with a line up ( sale ) just chit chatting very unprofessional Not paying attention to the customers
