The lady expressed that I would receive a free jewelry gift box with purchase. I didn’t receive anything.

The store is too small. Not enough room, it was congested. Line was out the door and enough employees.

not enough staff and the staff never tell you about the survey

I would like to get more information since i am new to this product.Like about spacers or clips.

Store was in the middle of inventory and nothing was really available. Salesperson was very slow using ipad for sales completion. Bramalea is substantially slower at completing sales transactions compared to Sherway and Square One. It would have been a lot faster to check out using the cash register. So much for technology making things easier.

I wanted a longer gold plated chain, the is not much selection at this point.

I was not highly satisfied because there were a lot of people in the store and although the staff was trying to take care of everyone it seemed like they were sort of preoccupied.
