My experience was oak when i went first time shayla one of the sales person in bramlea city centre was helping me out i felt like she was not interested in helping me out and she didn't even told me about any of the gift cards and her attitude was not professional .but then i went another day to the same store i was helped with another salesperson Hiam she helped me out in a very nice way.

Didn't have one of the charms I was wanting to purchase. I was wanting to buy 2 of them.

I didn't find everything what I was looking for.

There was a bit of wait time Sales Associates were just lazing around More Sales associates needed

only thing that i have a problem with every time is not enough staff , because it is always busy

less staff to assist

The item i wanted was not there

I don't like because it does not have promotion very often. The price is a bit high. I like to have more outlet stores.

As a first time customer I would have liked to be given a rundown of the price points of the charms and what the current selections were like. However, I was satisfied with my experience.
