i was not satisfied due to what i notice in the staff was she was not having an interest to show me more items she was just concerned about another clients who were dress up nicely.

The sales associate had no information about the product or the sales going on.

U should have a something special deal for birthday every time I purchase the charm I always missed on my birthday buy $150 and get something free I always spend $250 to $300 but I always return sad home since you don't have any special deals on people birthdays and that's really disappointing

I want to return or exchange an item but the associate refused to return the item. Return policy is written on the receipt but why they putt the final sale stamp on the receipt.

Sales person was having very hard time locating the charms and their prices.

The sales associate was not friendly or forthcoming in assisting myself or other customers. She did not provide any suggestions. She was rushing us.

the sales person was new and nit much help from the person helping her , product knowledge was not great and in turn the return was done wrong and did not realize until i got home not great experience because now i am out the money from the exchange
