The quality of Pandora jewelry isn’t the same as it was when I first started buying it 8 years ago. The jewelry tarnishes and chips. The return policy/exchange policy is ridiculous and annoying. It’s upsetting that you can’t return online purchases in store but can only exchange and can’t do returns between different stores. The jewellery is overpriced for the low quality. The only reason I will buy again is because I couldn’t get my money back and I have a gift card I have to use.

I wasn’t satisfied with the sales associate pressuring me to buy the items and she was telling me that if I put too much on my shine bracelet that it will brake.

The sales rep helping was not at all friendly and had no suggestions for any of the charms for my bracelet. The rep seemed agitated when she was asked to show other products.

Associate kept forcing me to buy an item I didn’t like. The item I wanted wasn’t available. She didn’t tell me the approximate arrival date of the order and wanted me to buy something else

The sales associate Niketa was very unfriendly, and rude. My partner saw her roll her at eyes us while we shopping. She was very rude. I also had an item that I purchased not too long for which I wanted to exchange because of size. She immediately inspected it and rudely asked me if it was worn when it wasn't! From there she just had an attitude and seemed to be taking her bad day on out on the customer. I thought I was the only one that noticed this, My partner mentioned to me as soon as we left the store, that the sales associate was rude and he also saw her role her eyes at us. For this reason my pleasant shopping trip was made unpleasant because of Niketa.

Shrh was very helpful in making me to decide with the ring I choose at the store. She said that is unique and something that is not see often. This made the decision easy to make as I love things that are different and stand out. Her overall friendliness and positive energy was pleasant experience for me. This was my first purchase at Pandora and the process was smooth and easy thanks to her. Thank you!

Krystal V was so great so friendly if they are all like that it would be great. Because last time I was there I had a bad experience with the sales associate who lied to me and was very rude

I went to Pandora to purchase some rings for my sister for her Graduation. One ring did not fit her, she had the ring on for all of 10 minutes maybe and then it stayed in the box for a week before I had time to return the ring. When I went to return the ring there was no one in the store so I walked in and I did not receive help for 20 minutes. Once someone finally came over she was beyond rude telling me I was lying and the ring had been worn for longer. She put the ring back into the box and told me to leave the store immediately before calling security. All I wanted to do was exchange for a different size as it did not fit my sister at all. She proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone that came in after me. I proceeded to leave and call customer services immediately. Very rude staff working at the Bramalea City Centre Pandora. I have been to Pandora many times before at different locations and I can say that will be the last time I ever go to that location. I will tell friends and family to never go to that Pandora due to the arrogance of the staff working there.

When I first arrived in the store, a gentleman let me know that someone would be with me shortly. The associate who's name was Thanusiya was not kind or friendly at all. As if I was somehow bothering her by making her do job. The attitude was unnecessary and unacceptable, even my boyfriend who was with me noticed. I did not stay to browse at all. I made my purchase and left. This was my first time going to Pandora and making a purchase and I have to say I am disappointed.

I brought my charms in to get cleaned and they got completely wrecked. My mom picked them up so i did not see the quality of what she was picking up. When i got home and saw my stuff wrecked i called and the associate was not pleasant to talk to and did not help. I am so upset and dissapointed that 2 or my charms and my one bracelet are now ruined.
