Sales associate didnt do what i requested that other stores usually does. Asked 3 times to wrap my gift and she answered yes she will but when i asked her how come shes just putting it in the bag which usually other stores wrap it nicely for me with nice presentation ...she just answered me " oh i dont know about that" wtf? Sales associate didnt even manage to ask some of her collegues if shes not aware... obviously she just what to close the deal.... very unprofessional... very very dissapointed. Worst sales associate ever!!!!

this location sold me a tarnished charm and when i returned to the store to return it within the 30days i was not allowed to return the item. it was only a week ago i purchased it. the funny thing is i was about to make a $400 purchase, that person and store could have got that sale. instead i went to Sherway Pandora...way better location. They are further away for me but i will be going there from now on. I will never return back to this location after todays experience!
