I was looking for charms for my pandora bracelet and the store has a great selection.

Before i went to the store i selected few pieces from the website that are really liked. I asked the associate for those items and she showed all the items in no time. I was satisfied with their service.

The girl helping us was very friendly and she knew what she was talking about. The store was very clean and was practicing social distancing. I will definitely be coming back.

Long time no see with employees in this store. I was looking forward to this up house charm since March, before Polo Park closed due to COVID-19. I planned to get this charm on June, but I was delayed by change of job and spent too much time protecting myself from my former employer's threats. Still, I feel so lucky to get the last charm in store!

The sales lady is very nice. She helped me look for a perfect charm to give for a gift for my aunt. Even when I told her I’m on a budget, she still gave lots of options that fit in my budget.

Sofia was the associate who assisted me. She was amazing! She was thoughtful and considerate for my wants as well as needs. She wanted me to be genuinely happy with my purchases...and did not push items that were pricier for the reason that she might get more commission? This was very impressive for me! Especially for this reason I will return, as well as recommend that location and her! I purchased a chain and pendant and charm that I love 😍 and am very happy with! They are a 40th Wedding Anniversary present from my husband! (I did not tell her that)

I was truly "wowed" by my interaction with Argentina. I visited the store on Jul 28. i was looking for a specific ring for my Mom. The ring I wanted was no longer in stock. Argentina helped me find one very similar. The ring was not in my Mom's size at Polo Park location. Argentina called St Vital Pandora store to see if they had the size. They did have it in stock! Argentina said she was working at the St Vital store the next day and would personally bring it back to the Polo Park store. She said she would have it for me on Jul 30. I went in today. Argentina was there and had brought the ring! i purchased it. My Mom will be thrilled! She is in frail health but has been asking me for a "sparkly ring'. i cannot thank Argentina enough for going above and beyond for me and my Mom! Please thank her for me! Christine
