The assistants are extremely familiar with all merchandises that I looking for. Also returned and exchanged some of my purchese. even though I arrived earlier than opening time, I was still invited to walk inside.

Having never purchased anything at Pandora previously, the sales clerk was extremely helpful. She pointed out the bracelet gift set as a way to save money on our purchase. She also helped bring meaningful ideas to our purchase for the 18th birthday gift. She was very knowledgeable, and gave excellent suggestions.

I walked in and was greeted right away. I told them what I was looking for and they were able to pull up the different options for that item. They were knowledgeable and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. It was quick and without any hassle.

I had made a purchase during the Black Friday sale in store. During that visit, I felt slightly rushed, as though my sales associate was more interested in making the sale than service. In that rush, I made a hasty decision and wanted to exchange the clips I bought for some I hadn't seen on the tray that day. The two women working this morning were attentive and helpful, and made the exchange with no issues. The only comment is that, although I know it was exchange only/final sale because of the Black Friday discount, it was a slight credit to me between the clips I bought last week for the ones I exchanged today. So, I had to buy more merchandise (according to them), because I couldn't be refunded even though it wasn't a return.
