I was looking for a ring for myself. I’ve always loved pandora jewelry and own several pieces, but not any rings. This was my first ring and I absolutely love this design.

Argentina (manager at St Vital) made an effort to meet me at the Polo Park. To do the exchange. She looked for the same charm that I wanted but unfortunately no available in any location. She helped me to choose for another charm. I really appreciate the time and effort that she gave me. Like how important customer service was, especially that i drove more that 1 hour just for this charm. Great Job for this lady! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And just want to applause also for the salesperson savannah in patiently helping me to choose for my bracelets and charms.

The manager was very accommodating to my issue and was able to provide excellence solutions and service. Staff was very accommodating in finding the the right pieces for my daughter. Didn't rush her into making a decision.

The sales associate was very nice. I couldn’t decide on which charm to purchase so she gave me her input which was excellent. I ended up going with my gut but she still helped me a lot.

I constantly struggle to keep my Pandora bracelet and charms clean. I came in to Pandora to purchase more polishing cloths, I didn't even know there was a specific Pandora cleaning kit! The sales associate Carla was so polite and helpful! She introduced me to the cleaning kit and even told me how to get the best results! I absolutely love going to this Pandora location and I could not be happier!
