I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and a sales associate was available to help me right away. She knew where to locate the merchandise I was interested in seeing and made other recommendations of pieces to look at. She was also able to find for me some other items (silicone grips) and pieces I had wanted to see in person that I had only seen online.

I noticed today that my pandora bracelet was missing and i was in a very bad mood as i had some very special charms or example my mothers day, my anniversary charm. The associates were very sympathetic. I did get to purchase some of the ones i origianlly had but even though the pandora store did not have my most favorite one the mom one i did get to go to the appelts store andthey had my mom one.

I went into buy a new rose gold bracelet and showed her a bracelet I previously bought that the clasp was broken and she exchanged my braclet, I wasn’t even expecting that but I was very pleased. Will definitely return. I still bought the rose gold bracelet and love it.

The associate that approached us is kind and knowledgeable. She’s also awesome!
