I was greeted warmly upon entering the store, and received service almost immediately. All staff were friendly and talkitive not only about the merchandise; it was like talking to a friend. Would go back to this location any time.

I was promptly greeted by the sales associates as soon as I entered the store. I was looked after right away. This is my first Pandora bracelet and the sales associate took the time to explain the care of the bracelet and any accompanying accessories I may need. She also provided me with a Spring/Summer catalogue to help with my future purchases. She was very knowledgeable. I had a great shopping experience! Her name was Diane J.

The ring was purchased as a gift. However, it was the wrong size. My daughter purchased the ring and the sales associate assured her that I could return the ring and exchange it for the correct size. Which I did with no trouble or hesitation from the staff. Great experience. Will be returning to Pandora again!
