I was very satisfied with the fact I was able to return a charm I had since Christmas. Diane at Polo Park was very understanding that I live so far away and exchanged it with no problems. I appreciate everything she did for me. I'm truly grateful. Would have hated to see this charm go to waste since I was already given it by someone else. Once again thank you!

I was shopping for Mother's Day and I knew it would be busy. The store manager stood at the entrance and greeted each customer. She took our names down so we could be sure we were served in the right order. Great way to do it! I was able to make my purchase and get my free bangle!
