It's my birthday today and your sales rep was very good. Very helpful and gave me a small gift.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because one they were able to locate the charms that my mom was looking for and the ring I was looking for. The sales associate that accommodated us, helped with visuals on where to place the charms. She as well entertained us with her experience when it comes to purchasing Pandora items.

I’d love to collect pandora accessories. I will make my bracelet full of charms, because I know that someday it’s worth with.

The sales person (Alessia) was extremely friendly and helpful. She made excellent suggestions on different ring pairings and was well versed on available items and their location. Thanks to her suggestions I left with a much nicer ring stack than intended as well as was able to take advantage of the free $65 in jewelry promotion that was running in the store. I will definitely be back in the future thanks to he welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable, friendly staff.

No line up. Staff always give great service. On this particular day I had not planned to shop, and was on my way to work. I had not received notice of the promo as I normally do. But when I saw the signs I went in. I was in and out very quickly, instead of looking at everything as I normally like to do before purchasing.
