I was able to exchange my charm at a different location. Pandora was able to exchange my charm no questions asked Was disappointed that I was not able to exchange my ratings because the backing of the earing was not straight.

I went to look for a pendant and a chain, but I didn't have enough money for these at this time, so I change my mind . I opt for charms for my bracelets , the young girl show me all the items that I asked for many charms to see it. She was very kind and helpful. Thanks

The sales associate was fabulous! She had a Disney Themed Pandora bracelet on...I have one also and she showed me the different charms. She was patient and didn’t rush me....she was interested in my bracelet and showed me lots of options for pendants and necklaces as I was buying a necklace and pendant in memory of my mom.

I can find different kinds of jewelry in the store. There have Chinese service . Hope will have more discount here.

Sales Associates are very knowledgeable with the products and they are always welcoming. Plus the fact that I really like and love Pandora charms. I always wish to have at least one charm a month if my pocket permits me to do so... :) But I always ending up buying not only one item whenever I visit the store. It's addicting :)
