The service was excellent I bought a safety chain on line and couldn't figure out how it works. Went to the store and told me that this was the wrong one . She did an exchanged for me and I also bought 3 more charms.

I always love to shop at Pandora store because staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to dealt with. The waiting period is not that long and will make you feel welcome at all times.

The store was very busy, but our names were taken down on a list almost immediately and our wait for the next available sales associate was very minimal. The sales associate was friendly, enthusiastic and patient as I looked at a few charms on my list. She found the charms with relative ease and asked her manager when she couldn't immediately find one. I appreciated that she was driven to find what I was looking for. I am so pleased with the experience and my 2 new charms!

It was a very busy outlet so I expected a wait to be served. Not so. I was approached right away, got my item, paid for it quickly & was on my way. Well done! Kudos to Jennifer, sales associate!
