The sales associate provided me with what I was looking for and quickly and I was in an out in 20 minutes.

There were lots of designs not available at that time. Also no body greet us when we entered the store. While serving us they were serving another customers. But when we entered no body greet us

Selection was becoming slim pickings. However, sales associate Jennifer went above and beyond to improve my experience without pressuring me to spend more.

It was advertised that there's free limited ed bracelet with $150 purchase. My purchase was $151.20. i asked about the free bracelet and the salesclerk said there is no free item. I checked the website and the same store today and there it is advertised. I did not come in since i didnt gave thr receipt with me. I called when i got home but there is no answer. Not sure what's going on but im not sure why the free item was not offered to me or im missing something in the fine print. Hope someone replies to this.

The store is quite small in which movement is restricted. There are tons to choose from and sometimes the agents are busy dealing with customers so you don't have time to really check the items one by one. The sales agents are well-trained in terms of knowledge about the items and very friendly.

I have found in the past that a Last Chance tray is kept in the store, but this appears to no longer be the case. While I have shopped online, it creates more packaging, and sometimes I want to see merchandise in person before buying.

There's always room for improvement. The one I like is out of stock. Pricey.

I felt that the sales associates were very pushy. I totally understand working in retail myself. But I really didn’t want the clips for the charm bracelet I have and they kept pushing them on me
