I happen to go in when there was a sale going on.

Availability of the item

While the customer service was excellent one of the rings I wished to buy was not available at that location so I have to go to a different pandora location to buy that particular ring

Have to look around and move through the whole store to find different types of charms

I wasn’t greeted when I first enterd he store been there looking for about 15 mins and no one helped me. I have to call an associate to assist me

When i got there 3 ladies were arranging stocks, 2 behind the counter and 1 inthe center counter. The 2 ladies behind the counter kept on arranging new stocks from the shipping boxes which should have been the second priority compared to customers. We waited a few minutes to be helped.

Sales rep. extremely friendly and gave good suggestions on your merchandise as I wasn't too sure on what charm to buy and suggested a gift receipt to go into the gift just encase I had the wrong size of ring or I'd already bought her the charm.

I ask to get my bracelet clean and the sales person did not clean it .

Unfortunately, a couple of the pieces I had specifically come to purchase were not available, but the sales associate managed to locate one. The ladies were very accommodating and helpful to suggest charms to help me reach the minimum amount for the promotion.

Sales assistant should be more careful when she enter the price to complete the sales transaction.
