The only issue was some item were out of stock or not available in stores, which made me somewhat very disappointed. Other than that, everything was fine.

They didn't have the charm i wanted in stock

I had been on-line to look for rings for my step-daughter, and one of the ones I was looking could not be found in the catalogue or in the store. I did find a ring that was just as nice, and I was taken care very well by the sales staff. I do suggest that it is very loud in the store for a person that is hard of hearing and requires hearing aids for hearing clearly.

3 of the items I wanted was no available.

The sales associate could not handle the jewelry pieces and keypad due to very long nails... thus, it took longer to get things done. Long nails are nice but not functional

I have many Pandora Bracelets, along with many other so having not worn one of my bracelets exculsivley and was told we don’t fix the clasp was very disappointing. The bracelet has maybe been worn 2 dozen times and now I need to replace it! This does not encourage me to count I use to buy the bracelets

I like the design . It was unique and good customer experience.

Had to wait quite a bit for assistance, was not able to licate charms and bracelets I wanted.

I just came to have a quick look during my lunch break and I was so happy that I was able to purchase the charm that I am thinking of for a while. Because the last time my husband and I visited the store, the item that we wanted was out of stock. I will surely come back for another purchase for my daughter's upcoming birthday. :) thanks Pandora! Oh! not to forget the sales staff that helped me was very nice and prompt in giving me the item that I wanted. Her name is Vanessa. She is indeed a sales person...with a heart. :)

the sales associate was not so helpful and a bit arrogant. She is not giving the customer a chance to look at the items closely, she doesn't want to take out the items that we want to look at. We just buy whatever we saw first, we never had a chance to go over the items in the display tray.
