Store very small and becomes easily overcrowded. Did not appear very clean. There must have been at least 5 sales associates wandering aimlessly with no one to serve.

The associate who served us was running back and forth trying to handle a couple of other things at the same time. I give her high marks for her efforts but I would have liked her complete attention.

The necklace sizes are too long or too short.

i wanted a certain ring but not in stock

Most things that I had wanted were not in stock in my size! As well as I was told about certain merchandise being on sale when in reality it was not.

Iam not highly satisfied because of the long line outside pandora.

Service was very good. Found what we were looking for. Think my rating is appropriate regarding my visit to your store.

Was satisfied with the store and the service, just think the product is over-priced

It was really busy with the Black Friday sales. The wait felt long but I was satisfied with the service when we got it.
