Surprisingly, we were not greeted upon our arrival at the store, as has been my experience. Further, we made at least one full circle of the store and stood at the counter for several minutes before we were finally addressed. Even then, I believe we initiated the first interaction with a sales associate. Considering we were intently looking at merchandise and discussing specific items, that does not seem typical. However, there is a fine balance between being ignored and being asked too often if you need assistance! Considering most merchandise is inaccessible without an associate, I would expect more offers of assistance.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable when you are asking about pandora , except it is a little expensive.but still loves mine. I love all the design amp d quality of stones stainless and selvere.i wish I have the money to buy another one,I am wearing my pandora everyday and I am showing it off to my family!

Ada has a good customer service. She is good and very accommodating. She helps me out organizing my bracelet and mentioned to me that I could visit one day and she has offered me out to clean charms or bracelet which is really good. Thanks, Ada!

My visit was during the Black Friday sale. The associate seemed more focused on making a sale than on ensuring I saw all of the products (I was specifically looking for clips), and did not know which clips had silicone and which did not. I felt hurried by the associate, and the line outside the store added to the feeling of pressure. As such, I made a decision in haste and will be making an exchange this coming week.
