It was a Saturday afternoon at the mall, only two workers helping customers. Waited awhile to be helped. The store was far too hot. Not comfortable at all.

I wanted to exchange the size of a bracelet that I received as a Christmas gift. However, because of the ongoing sales promotion I was not allowed to exchange it even though they had the exact same bracelet in stock in the size I needed. I was told that I would need to come back on January 8th or later to make the exchange. The sales associate was very good and it wasn’t her fault as she was following store policy. She was very helpful and let me try on the different size to confirm which size I would need. I was disappointed that I couldn’t make the exchange as I wanted to start wearing my new gift. I wasn’t asking for any money back, just a straight exchange. So I ended up buying the bracelet as it was on sale, and I will return the bracelet that was too large after January 8. I just would have preferred to make the straight exchange with no money back to me to save me the trip back at a later date.

Took about ten minutes to get a sales associate to help me with my purchase. The store was not busy as there was another associate doing nothing, could be the manager. However it would be nice for her to approach us letting us know her staff was busy doing something or they had to do something first. Pretty much just waited till someone finally approached us.

I asked for a cleaning she cannot, because of the Covid 19 going on , I understand, but she should at least told me how I directly how I should apply the cleaning of my Pandora bracelet whitch I have spent $690.00 previously.Which I think is unprofessional especially of a costumer point off. And the same manager was there when I purchased my previous item , not one but 2 bracelets different times with bulk of charms. Plus the slsprsn: Kulvir B # 181855 was rude too me at Canada wpg mb polo park. The manager was present as well . Thank you , hopefully this will get resolved. Amanda , Wpg Mb,

Its boxing sale day. The problem is your inventory is not available. The charm that I planned to purchase are not all there, not available. There are just three sales girl that are there and we have to wait for two hours to be served. Ofcourse it will take time to select because most of the items on sale in the book is not available on hand. Too frustrating pandora.

Only 1-2 sales associates during a peak time. Neither were very welcoming nor excited to aid a consumer at the counter.

I was going to buy 2 charms totaling $115.00 and use my previous code that I got when I purchased my last charm. The code did not work the gal told me there was nothing she could do I would have to contact Pandora directly. Not customer service in my view. I did not end up buying the second charm.

Your staff at This pandora store at Polo park does not have good customer service. Even the manager at that time doesn’t show support to her staff and very annoyed by buying customers. Also, charms are all over the place. Nobody knows where to look for for the charms. I was in the store for 2 hours due to the incompetence of Kulvir. Someone has to show her how to do her job.

The associate seemed very impatient and showed no interest in helping us find a charm for a birthday. Last time we went (where we had a different associate assist us), the associate showed me multiple products to choose from and also recommended me some that she thought would fit the occassion. Though, I understand that the associate is new, she clearly showed that she no longer wanted to entertain us by sighing often, tapping fingers on the table, looking at the time often and clicking her pen to the point that it's annoying. We were planning on buying more, however, she showed no enthusiasm in helping us. We expected more from pandora.

I went to the one in st vital centre and the manger there was ver rude and mean and didnt help me at all told her the promotion wrong then I went to the one in polo park mall and the best place ever I will always go there Sofia is the best there nice friendly kind and I have nothing bad to say about the one in polo park mall
