The sales person Kayla K #187661 was extremely unhelpful and rather very rude. She did not offer to bring us any charms we had mentioned. She stood there “organizing” and charm tray. Left to grab a second tray while leaving the other one out with several charms loose, and open to customers. Upon purchasing my ONE charm, I asked about the discount and she was very quick to shut me down about how “it was only on selected items” and did not offer to show me the discounted items. I did not feel welcome or wanted there.

My daughter brought a ring for me in January for me but I found wrong size on my finger and went back in January to exchange the size. But sales associate said they are out of this ring but they can order another size for me.I gave all my information what they need my email and ph and name.She also said i’ll get email or phone whenever they will get the size probably in 2 months.I went back to check in between that time.But today again I went exchange the size of my Pandora then I talked with Sophie who was dealing with me and she replied me this ring is discontinued so we are not able to anything about it.Even she didn’t feel sorry at all because I was waiting for five months as a stupid.I don’t think so they like to responsibility for there fault not to inform me what’s going.Horrible service and attitude of her.Sorry to say but never like to go back in that location.

Went in to get a bracelet for a gift. The person who greeted me was great and friendly, but then I was helped by another employee (Eloisa A). That's when things just went south. The person wasn't very friendly or accommodating to what I asked for. The way she handled the product I bought was rough and just thrown in the box. When I inspected it at home the case that the bracelet came in was dirty and scuffed. You'd think for the price you pay, you'd at least get a clean case. The store was a bit busy but it's noticeable that the other employees were at least taking their time to assist and wrap the purchases of other customers. I'd go back, but only with a different sales associate

The sales associate was very nice for the first few minutes, but then it was a terrible experience. My friend and I were hoping to purchase charms together to spend over $150 and get the jewelry box. We didn’t have anything in mind and wanted to see the charms in person to decide. My friend showed Eloisa (name on the receipt because she was not wearing a name tag) the charms she had to show the type she wanted. Eloisa reached below and pulled out one charm. My friend was like no not quite like that. Eloisa did this 4 times so we asked to see trays. Eloisa shuffled a tray in the display so it was under the glass. This is the first time that I haven’t had the tray on top of the counter to easily shop the charms. We didn’t see any in the first tray so we asked to see another. Eloisa was getting really rude at this point loudly scraping the trays as she shuffled them and making frustrated noises. We only got to see 4-5 trays. I found 2 that I liked and asked the price of a necklace. My friend wanted to look more and Eloisa handed her a catalogue and wouldn’t show more. I bought 1 charm after this and she tossed the receipt at me and said good night really briskly and walked away.

Disappointed one

Sales associate was told it was Xmas gift and email was for my daughter to have for warranty. Informed sales associate that daughter wasn’t to know and sales associate emailed the receipt to my daughter at time of purchase. My daughter now knows one of her gifts two months early

The 1st lady who assisted me was very nice but scanned the wrong product which end me up paying more. So I complained, and she was nice to accept her mistake. However, she transferred me over to another lady to process the credit (for the wrong price). After this lady processed the credit, she just handed me the box & reciept saying "here you go"! Then I asked her, aren't you going to pack it or at least put it in a bag? She replied to me, oh we don't have bags... are you kidding me?? The other lady earlier after we paid for the wrong amount said that was going to pack it for us. And I saw people who purchased at the same time was carrying a bag. What a rude and bad service!!!

My daughter & I went into the store, we were not greeted and the store was getting busy! Another lady walked in was greeted and then said she was in line before us. I told the sales lady that was incorrect and she was rude to me. All as she said in a condescending voice" Name "as she began to write names down for the wait list!!! She did serve her before my daughter and myself! Terrible service and only was this lady rude ,she went into the back of the store before I could read her name tag. Put an awful taste in my mouth so I didn't purchase everything I had wanted however my daughter did. Not likely to shop here again anytime soon!!!!
