Extremely helpful in seeing the merchandise. There wasn’t any rush even though the customers were limited because of Covid.

All the staff was very friendly and acknowledged me when I entered the store. My salesperson was Argentina at polo park and she was great! She wasn’t pushy and listened to what I wanted to purchase!

Overall excellent experience. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and made my experience want to come back for more. i would and will be coming back soon!

Sofia was an absolute pleasure to be around and helped my girlfriend out with picking and choosing charms as well as bracelets. She was also incredibly personable and easy to talk to about every topic we happened to talk about ,Merchandise, Heebie Jeebies as well as happy to comply with any request we gave her. I cant wait to go again next time for purchase stuff for Christmas!

I was looking for 2 Mickey and Minnie hearts for my nieces. The Polo Park store had only 1. Argentina called the St.Vital store and they had 1 they could send over on Tuesday. I was only in Winnipeg until Monday afternoon so Argentina called the St.Vital store back and because her daughter worked there, she was able to bring the charm home with her and Argentina brought it to the store in Polo Park Monday morning. She went above and beyond for me and I was so grateful.

Very friendly staff and great selection to choose from. I was in and out quick and it was a lovely experience. I will definitely be going to the polo park location again.
