I had to exchange a Christmas gift - a pair of heart hoop earrings would not stay closed and I was afraid I'd loose one. I did not have a receipt but I know my daughter bought them online for 30% off. The earring selection was very limited and there were none identical to what I had. One earring always snapped closed well, the other did not. The clerk recommended I not get the same type as she's had many returned already for the same reason. I choose another style that cost $85 (My hearts were originally $70). I was disappointed I wasn't given the new ones at 30% off, and I had to pay $37.80 difference instead of just $15. The new earrings are okay, but not nearly as lovely as the defective ones. The service was great and the exchange was easy. I'm simply disappointed about the lack of selection and pricing.

I am highly satisfied with the staff that have assisted me in the years that I have been a longtime customer. These staff include: Aryanna, Jordyn M, Carolina. They treat me respectfully. I am displeased with the loss of Melissa as the manager - she was amazing! The moral of the staff when she was working there was great!
