The sales associate who helped me out was very knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of options when I told her what I was looking for. She was also very personable and very easy to talk to.

I had a lovely experience at work Marketmall Pandora location. I was greeted immediately by Carolina when I was in the store. I showed her a picture on my phone and she recognized the charm immediately. She was very patient with me, and really took the tome to get a sense of my style before recommending charms for my bracelet. I loved all the recommendations she gave me, and really appreciated her honest opinion. I had forgotten my bracelet at home, but she was able to problem solve by recreating my bracelet and this allowed me see how the additional charms would look. I initially came in for a single charm, by she told be able a sale that I didn’t know about - so I actually ended up buying two beautiful charm. Thank you for all your help Carolina, I really appreciate people who are great at client servicing. .

Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful

I’ve been going to market mall store for over 1 year, and I have never had a problem. Every time staff are helpful and welcoming.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and brought me several choices. Also, the exchange I made at this visit was made without any problem. I thoroughly enjoy this particular store.

I bought a ring the week earlier which unfortunately turned out to be way too small for me. I was really sad about the situation and worried about the idea of having to return/exchanged it. The sale associate Melissa was really kind and understanding of the situation! She helped me found a ring that not only fitted me properly but also fit my style! She also let me know about the offers they had going on in the store on that day. Overall she made me feel really welcomed and comfortable in the store. :)
