The store was extremely busy, as it was the first day of the up to 50% off promo so the Pandora staff had us write our name on a waitlist to better organize everyone. Initially Tricia (dark hair with long thick lashes) helped us but we were very dissatisfied with her impatient and cold attitude. We then asked for help from Hilda and we couldn't be more pleased. Hilda was extremely polite and eager to help. We ended up leaving the store with more pieces than we intended to. She was about to leave for her break before we asked for her assistance but she showed no sign of impatience and took the time to explain to us about the pricing, help us try the pieces on, and recommend some charms for my new essence bracelet! Thank you Hilda for turning our experience around, we're definitely looking forward to having you help us again in the future!
